Our own fitters handle every trade. Most full kitchens are fitted in around 7–10 working days.
4. Handover & Aftercare
We walk you through your new kitchen, leave it clean, and book your 3–6 month follow-up visit.

Do you use subcontractors?
No. KBM is a family-run business with its own in-house fitting team, including the qualified plumbers and electricians who carry out the plumbing, gas and electrical work on your installation.
How do payments work?
Payment is staged: a 50% deposit on acceptance of your quote secures your materials and fit date, 30% is due when your kitchen is delivered, and the balance is due on completion.

Yes. Our showroom is at Unit 1, Laser House, The Fairway, Bushfair, Harlow CM18 6LY. It's open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, and on Saturdays by appointment.
